Shrimaithreem follows a strict No Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to all products and services unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No Refunds
Payments made for:
- EV charging hardware
- Software licenses
- Subscriptions
- AI-based services
- Custom IT solutions
- Consulting or integration work
are non-refundable once the order or service has been initiated.
No Cancellations
Orders, subscriptions, and services cannot be canceled after confirmation since work, resources, or infrastructure may already be allocated.
Exceptional Cases (If Legally Required)
Refunds or cancellations may only be considered if:
- A governing consumer protection law mandates it
- A product is proven to be defective upon arrival
- A service cannot be provided due to technical impossibility on our side
These exceptions are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
Service Modifications
Shrimaithreem may modify features, pricing, or service availability at any time.
Such modifications do not qualify for refunds or cancellation rights.
Indemnification (Service Misuse)
Customers shall indemnify Shrimaithreem against claims or damages resulting from improper use of equipment, software, or AI services.
